We all know how fucked up are the loading times on PS3 for pretty much every PSX game is on PSN (including retail games) because Sony had the great idea to emulate (badly) the PS1 loads. BUT they don't make the game unplayable/unenjoyable to be honest...

But I've been thinking that it's an accessible way to play those games for those who wish to run on PS3, so why not make an special category for RE1 and RE2 (With every available PSN version in NA and JP PS Stores). This categories would include ONLY PS3/PSN times, separated by region of purchase (NA or JP PSN).

(I'm not including RE3 because PS3 PSN loading times are comparable to PSX times and it's okay to leave it the way it is for that)

No, PSN is just merged into PS1/PS2 Disc categories.

I agree with Zenix. I think there should be a separate category for running RE1 and RE2 on PS3. Sometimes I'd like to run on PS3 just for the fuck of it.

If you guys wait for Stormhenry's site to get finished, he could separate PS3 from PS1 and PS2.

I think this would be a great idea though, because then it would be an accessible category for anyone who has a PS3... and that's a lotta people.

Exactly, I think the leaderboards deserve some PS3 love, so people will not be scared about the unreachable good PS2 w/FDS times and might start to get interested in learning and running the "official-accessible" versions.
