1) Merged all Segmented and Single-Segment boards; I made a rank above #1 that says "segmented", which looks nicer overall. This "segmented" time can only be submitted if there is a time with saves that is faster than the Single-Segment World Record. Consequentially, this also means I deleted the ones that say "SS", because that's too redundant. The central focus of the wiki is for single-segment times anyway.
2) Updated as many records as I could find that didn't have broken videos.
3) Eliminated arbitrary clarifications in categories, as the default settings can be considered "Normal/Glitched". If a run is New Game Normal, then it is simply called "New Game". If a run is New Game Pro, THEN it is "New Game Pro". If it is glitched, then it is still "New Game". If It is unglitched then it is called "New Game Glitchless".
4) Separated RE4 HD Edition (PS3/360) and Ultimate HD Edition (Steam) records, and added them to a new page called PC/Steam. As there are two PC versions, both are consolidated since it's known that the new UHD version is superior.
